What is a digital mailbox?
A digital mailbox is a service that lets you receive, manage, and view your physical mail directly from your mobile. You can receive letters, parcels, and notifications virtually, wherever you are. This way, you can keep a stable address even if you change countries or regions during your travels.
How does a digital mailbox like SendiT work?
When you sign up, you’re given a virtual postal address. All mail sent to this address is scanned and uploaded to your personal space on the mobile app. You can then view, archive, forward, or even request physical forwarding to your current address.
Is it secure?
Yes, your mail’s security is a top priority. All documents are handled with confidentiality, and data is protected by advanced encryption technologies. Only you and authorized persons have access to your documents.
What are the prices?
Prices vary depending on the services you choose (subscription length, solo or duo pack, storage option, etc.). A base plan is offered, with optional paid services according to specific needs (such as parcel handling or urgent forwarding).
How can I access my mail?
You can view your mail anytime via your personal online space, accessible from the mobile app. Simply log in with your credentials to view and manage your letters and documents.
What types of mail can I receive?
All mail types that can be scanned will be sent to your mobile app. Larger items or those requiring physical delivery can be forwarded to you, with shipping costs covered by you.
Does the subscription renew automatically for the second year?
No, the subscription lasts for one year only. To continue using the service, you’ll need to purchase a new annual subscription once your first one ends.
What about receiving physical documents (bank card, white card, etc.)?
On request and at your expense (as an add-on to your SendiT subscription), we can send you your documents wherever you are in Australia. You’ll be notified directly via the mobile app, and shipment tracking will also be available in your personal space.
Are received mails kept after forwarding?
All paper mail is stored in our facilities for a maximum of 12 months. After this period, any mail that hasn’t been requested for physical forwarding will be destroyed. However, we do offer a storage option that allows you to keep all your files indefinitely on a secure, personal hard drive.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription can only be canceled at the end of your subscription period—either 6 months or 1 year. The cancellation will take effect automatically 6 or 12 months to the day after your initial sign-up.
What if I lose access to my online space?
If you lose your password or account access, you can easily reset your password via the account recovery procedure. If you run into any issues, our customer support team is here to help you resolve the situation.
